Willow River Doula Collective is a group of inclusive and experienced birth and postpartum doulas dedicated to supporting families across the Kitchener-Waterloo region. They approached this project with a clear mission: to reflect their values of trust, empowerment, and community through a professional and approachable visual identity.

The branding process focused on capturing the gentle strength and rooted nature of doula care. Through intentional typography, earth-toned colour palettes, and nature-inspired motifs, we developed a visual identity that feels warm, grounded, and welcoming — designed to resonate with both expectant parents and local community partners.

The final brand suite includes:

• Logo design and alternate marks

• Custom colour palette and typography

• Visual style guide for consistency across all platforms

• Supporting brand visuals inspired by the Grand River and natural elements of the region
